Packaging Box: Size, Weight & Whether to Keep It
Both the Kachaka and Kachaka Pro ship in original packaging boxes. This page lists the box dimensions and weight for the body, dedicated shelves, cover panels, and base, and explains why it’s worth keeping them.
Why keep the boxes
The original box isn’t just for unboxing. If you ever need to send the robot or an accessory back for repair, this box is the ideal shipping container: it protects the body and shelves in transit and reduces the risk of damage along the way. So keep the boxes if you have room to store them — when you need to request service, you can pack and ship the unit in its original box.
