Your Kachaka Account and App Login

Every Kachaka and Kachaka Pro is operated through the dedicated app, and to use the app you first need a Kachaka account and a successful login. This page explains what the account is for and how to log in.

What the Kachaka account is for

Your Kachaka account is the credential that identifies you to the robot. It serves two main purposes:

In short, without an account you cannot use the app, and therefore cannot control Kachaka. Before using it for the first time, create a Kachaka account. If you have not installed the app yet, start with installing the Kachaka app and system requirements.

One account can be signed in on multiple devices in your home or facility, and each robot follows a one-account-per-robot binding rule. See account sharing, multiple devices, and the one-account-per-robot rule for details.

Logging in to the Kachaka app

Once your account exists, log in as follows:

  1. Open the Kachaka app and, on the start screen, tap “Already registered” (existing account).
  2. Choose a login method:
    • Social login: Sign in quickly with your Apple or Google account.
    • Email and password: Enter the email and password you registered with.
  3. Tap “Log in” to finish.

After a successful login, the app loads the robot bound to your account, and you can begin operating it.

When login does not work

If your credentials look correct but you still cannot log in, common causes include an unverified email address, a verification email that did not arrive, or an Apple ID account that did not return an email address. For fixes, see login troubleshooting (verification email and Apple ID).
