Account Sharing, Multiple Devices, and the One-Account-Per-Robot Rule

The account binding rules are the same for both Kachaka (consumer) and Kachaka Pro (commercial). Before several people or several devices share a single robot, get these two principles straight and you’ll avoid login confusion.

Two Core Rules

Sharing Across People or Devices: Sign In to the Same Account

When multiple phones or multiple users in a household or facility need to operate the same Kachaka, the approach is simple: sign every device in to the same account that the robot is bound to.

  1. Install the Kachaka App on each phone or tablet that will operate the robot.
  2. On every device, sign in with the same email and password (or the same social login).
  3. Once signed in, each person can operate the same robot and issue delivery and schedule commands from their own device.

This way everyone uses their own device while sharing one account and one robot’s settings, with no conflicts.

Do Not Share Your Account ID and Password

Sharing one robot among several people is supported, but the correct way is for everyone to sign in to the same account—not to hand out the account ID and password for others to log in or recreate elsewhere. Per the terms of use, sharing your account ID and password is prohibited. The applicable account terms are governed by Sigma’s official notices for Taiwan.

If you are concerned your password has been exposed, you can change your account password at any time.

Want to Manage Another Robot?

The “one account per robot” rule means “one robot binds to a single account”—but a single account can manage multiple robots at once. When you add a second Kachaka, you don’t need a new account; just add it under the same account. See Adding and Switching Between Multiple Robots.
