Scheduled Furniture Delivery: Set Up and Edit

Once a schedule is set, Kachaka automatically carries the chosen furniture to the chosen destination on the days and times you specify, with no manual operation each time. For example, deliver a meal cart to the front counter at 8 a.m. every day, or move a supply shelf to the storeroom every Monday morning, all handled by the schedule.

A schedule is one use of the Routine mechanism, with “time” as the trigger. If you want to trigger by voice, a button, or other conditions, or chain several actions into one routine, see Routine Automation: Triggers and Multi-Action Setup.

Before You Start

Creating a Schedule

  1. On the app’s Home tab, tap the furniture you want to move.
  2. Tap the destination to deliver to.
  3. Tap “Register to Routine.”
  4. Under triggers, tap “Time.”
  5. Choose “Repeat” or “Once,” set the days and time, then tap “Next.”
  6. Tap “Save” in the top right to finish.

When the scheduled time arrives, Kachaka runs the delivery automatically.

Editing an Existing Schedule

To change the days or time, or switch between “Once” and “Repeat”:

  1. Switch to the “Routine” tab and tap the routine you want to edit.
  2. Under triggers, tap the “Time” setting you want to change.
  3. Re-select “Repeat” or “Once,” adjust the days and time, then tap “OK.”
  4. Tap “Save” in the top right to apply the change.
